Payments for sessions are made every month. You can terminate your services at any time, as session cycles occur every 4-6 weeks. 

 

If you cannot make a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I will do the same. The session will be charged if you cannot attend and miss it. 

 

If the family cancels the tutoring session with less than 24 hours' notice, they will still be charged for that session in full. We understand that a cancellation may be excused in the event of a family emergency or sudden illness.
