Payments for sessions are made every month. You can terminate your services anytime, as APEX Education Consulting Solutions, LLC schedules sessions in 4-6 weeks intervals. 

 

If you cannot make a session, please let me know 24 hours in advance, and I will commit to doing the same. The session will be charged if you cannot do this and miss a session. While I am lenient up to three times, I place the rescheduling in the parent's responsibility. When you contact me, I will try to schedule a make-up session for your child.

 

If the family cancels the tutoring session less than 24 hours before the session, the family will still be charged for that session in full. We understand that the cancellation may be excused if there is a family emergency or sudden illness.
